Oven baked mushrooms filled with garlic (v)
with mozzarella cheese and Neapolitan sauce

Honey dew melon with Italian cured ham
with artichoke and watercress salad

Smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, rocket and baked herby brioche
and lemon scented oil

Smoked chicken, roast pancetta and brie salad
and light mustard and caraway dressing

Traditional roast striploin of beef and Yorkshire pudding
with crispy roast potatoes and red win jus

Pan roasted breast of chicken, wild mushrooms, onion and chorizo
with creamy oak aged napoleon brandy and paprika sauce

Pappardelle pasta with roasted butternut squash and spinach (v)
and sage, creamy dolcelatte sauce

Pan seared lemon crusted halibut and gremolata
with sautéed garlic new potatoes
