With wild mushroom, chunks of chicken breast & poached leeks, creamy white wine sauce finished with grated parmigiana

Stuffed with a ricotta and spinach filling, served in a Napolitana sauce (v)

Topped with herb crust, samphire grass and lemon butter sauce
