To Start

Roasted Italian tomato and basil soup with crispy croutons and garlic cream (V)

Oven baked mushrooms filled with garlic, mozzarella cheese and Neapolitan sauce (V)

Honey dew melon with Italian cured ham, artichoke and rocket

Smoked peppered mackerel with orange and watercress salad, lemon scented oil and orange aioli

Mediterranean vegetable goats cheese terrine, chargrilled peppers, courgettes and aubergine with goats cheese in pesto jelly (V)

Main Courses

Traditional roast strip­loin of beef & Yorkshire pudding, crispy roast potatoes and red wine gravy

Pan roasted breast of chicken, wild mushrooms, onion and chorizo, creamy oak aged Napoleon brandy and paprika sauce

Butternut squash risotto with roasted red onion and spinach, parmesan wafer and fine herb salad (V)

Grilled fillet salmon with steamed samphire and purple sprouting broccoli, tomato gremolata and butter roasted fondant potato

Desserts

Glazed lemon tart, fresh raspberries and crème Chantilly cream

Vanilla cheesecake topped with dark fruit compote

Classic tiramisu – layers of sponge, mascarpone cheese and marsala
